  • Document donor records to ensure transparency of interactions across the Development team in Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge/NXT (CRM system)
  • Craft emails, proposals, and presentations as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams within the Development department, including major gift officers, donor relations, data, and events, as well as cross-functional teams in Marketing and Production
Successful Candidates Will Possess the Following Attributes:
  • Your worldview is rooted in the principles of PragerU
  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience in fundraising is ideal, but previous experience in sales or business development will also be considered
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) database required
  • Thrive in a role where you are expected to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and goals
  • Self-starter, highly ethical, with a can-do attitude
  • Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly connect with people by phone-you need to be a people person
  • Must be an excellent listener
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn about PragerU content and know how and when to teach donors about PragerU
  • Thrive in a collaborative working environment with other teams and departments.
