Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer seeking a new challenge? Our client, a rapidly growing wealth management company, is searching for a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join their team.
In this role, you will have a crucial part in transitioning our client from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to an internal Salesforce team. You will oversee hands-on development tasks and define the architectural path for our client's Salesforce setup.
This role involves spending 2 days weekly at the client's offices in Miami or Chicago. Candidates should have the authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of the client's Salesforce platform from an MSP to an in-house team.
- Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals to boost operational efficiency.
- Create and implement customized solutions, integrations, and extensions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements, outline project scope, and set project timelines.
- Act as a Salesforce expert, keeping abreast of best practices, platform capabilities, and industry trends.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Keep updated on Salesforce updates and features, suggesting improvements for platform optimization.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platform, including hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, including migrating from Managed Service Providers to in-house teams.- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Financial Services Cloud, or Salesforce Certified Architect are highly valued.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Experience in wealth management or a similar finance-related field is beneficial.
