JOB SUMMARY:
Revival Home Health Care, is looking for a Director of Nursing responsible for directing client nursing services provided by the organization and works in collaboration cross functionally with teams throughout the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for nursing, ensuring exceptional client services.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
- Maintain adequate staffing with qualified personnel to meet patient needs, standards, and goals.
- Foster collaboration and professional growth through impactful meetings and team development.
- Coordinate the Quality Improvement Program for compliance and best practices.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for enhanced care.
- Address patient concerns and support operations in addressing trends.
- Perform nursing team functions, including home visits when necessary.
- Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
- Occasionally travel for business purposes.
Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 years of Home Care experience required
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience required
