Job Description

The Ancillary Systems Program is seeking 2 additional business analysts to support Madison school/college/division data warehouse transitions as part of the broader Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) initiative. Two contractors will join the current team of two business analysts.

Over the next year, this team will collaborate with distributed IT areas to facilitate the migration of their current reporting and analytic solutions to align with the new architectures necessary for the implementation of Workday.

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders, enhancing productivity, and coordinating updates with multiple parties
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including writing clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
  • Experience in data discovery, analysis, modeling, and transformation

Preferred Qualifications:
