POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Growth Enablement Business Analyst will play a crucial role within the Growth Enablement team, collaborating closely with the Senior Transformation Manager.

This position is pivotal in driving business value and achieving desired outcomes through the execution of key milestones across various support teams.

The Business Analyst will focus on reporting, data analysis, risk and issue management, and facilitating communication among Workstream teams and stakeholders.

This hybrid role is essential for managing inquiries related to the Program Management Tool and providing assistance with Power BI inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee coordination, status reporting, and the stability of project-oriented work across Wave Champions.
  • Conduct financial data analysis and performance assessments; prepare reports and presentations for Growth Enablement Executive Committee and Workstream Leader meetings, drawing actionable insights from the analysis.
  • Provide training and support for Program Management tools (WAVE, Power BI Dashboards, Action Items, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Learn to evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Establish and implement monitoring and control processes for the Growth Enablement community to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and milestones while adhering to high-quality standards and meeting customer expectations.
  • Assist in managing configuration requests, custom report design, and other development tasks in collaboration with the external Wave development team.
  • Occasionally support Office Governance tasks, including User Management within Wave, Approval flows, SharePoint site calendars, and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience in a global organization is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong business acumen and a desire to advance within the financial industry.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications is essential, as data analysis will be part of the interview process. The ideal candidate will strive to present solutions while simultaneously identifying issues, showcasing outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Strong work ethics and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and demands are crucial. Comfort in learning new systems and processes is also important.
