Currently, we are looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team as we launch new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). This role involves managing a busy warehouse responsible for handling supplies and maintaining medical equipment nationwide.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation providers for timely and efficient shipment movement
  • Prepare, route, and oversee purchase orders
  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations as required
  • Update and analyze key performance metrics to drive supply chain enhancements
  • Monitor shipment costs and productivity processes
  • Interact directly with the logistics team
  • Review shipping documents for accuracy
  • Arrange special shipping when needed
  • Track and correct shipping errors
  • Generate bills and invoices
  • Ensure service quality meets Company standards
  • Implement processes for an efficient and organized supply chain

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience including inventory control
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes
