Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Duties:
    • Prepare and securely package outgoing orders to prevent damage during transportation.
    • Create shipping labels and necessary documentation for all outgoing deliveries.
    • Coordinate with delivery services and manage shipments for nationwide distribution.
    • Ensure that frozen meals are packed with appropriate materials for quality assurance.
  • Receiving Duties:
    • Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
    • Unload and systematically organize received items, ensuring proper storage conditions.
    • Update inventory records with received goods and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain precise inventory levels through regular stock checks and audits.
    • Assist in the organization and storage of products within the warehouse.
    • Notify supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Update inventory management systems with relevant shipment and receiving data.
    • Prepare reports on shipping and receiving activities as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all products meet Sheba Foods' quality standards prior to shipping.
    • Inspect products for quality and freshness during the receiving process.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with distribution and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
