Objective

We are looking for an Office Assistant to organize and coordinate administration duties and procedures. Our role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers upon arrival at the reception area. Help customers place orders via Quickbook
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
  • Administrative support through data entry using an online database, generate the daily report, weekly report, e-file to google sheet
  • Container tracking by following up the procedures
  • Perform and manage returns daily, follow up with the warehouse

Qualifications:

1) Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English
2) Minimum 1 year of office assistant or customer service is preferred
3)

Skills in Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook
4) Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette
5) Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor, polite manner
