General summary of duties:
Oversee and manage the facility upkeep at two, adjacent healthcare facilities: Flagstaff Bone and Joint's outpatient clinic, and surgery center campus

DOE Location: Flagstaff, AZ Responsibilities: As a Facilities Coordinator, your primary objective will be to oversee the upkeep and safety of the company's buildings, grounds, and equipment.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Management and coordination of contractors for major facility repairs.
  • Management of facility equipment vendors including but not limited to HVAC, Security, and Fire Prevention.
  • Management of janitorial vendors, including ordering and inventory management of cleaning supplies.
  • Management of landscaping and snow removal vendors for property grounds upkeep and maintenance.
  • Management and execution of smaller, day-to-day "handyman" jobs, i.e. touchups, painting, equipment assembly, shelving, etc.
  • Delivery and courier tasks include but are not limited to delivering or receiving surgical equipment, medical supplies, office supplies, and break room supplies.
  • Unpacking, stocking, and moving inventory and supplies.
Requirements

  • Must have a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with multi-tasking while paying attention to details.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working both in a team and independently.
  • Ability to take on physical demands of job; including general exertion, heavy lifting, sitting, standing, reaching, pushing and pulling, and working in cold/hot environments.
  • Ability to move and transport boxes and equipment for various needs.
  • Previous experience in construction or facility management preferred.
