**BARTENDER**

**BASIC FUNCTION**

+ Provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**

+ Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Prepare drinks for customers**

**Prepare drink orders for servers**

**Balance sales to POS report at end of shift**

**Observe customers for alcohol consumption**

**Set up bar area**

**Clean bar area**

**Cut fruits for drinks**

**Other duties as assigned**

**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**

+ No formal education required

+ Prefer bartending experience

**STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE**

+ Able to mix and create alcoholic drinks

+ Able to communicate with customers and co-workers

+ Ability to determine when to cut-off patrons who consume too much alcohol

**MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
