Job Overview:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve drinks to patrons, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Manage drink orders for waitstaff efficiently.
  • Conduct end-of-shift sales reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Prepare garnishes and other bar supplies as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education is required.
  • Minimum of one year of bartending experience preferred.

Performance Standards:

  • Ability to mix and create a variety of beverages.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Capability to assess and manage customer alcohol consumption.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking and repetitive motions.
  • Physical tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
  • Exposure to loud noise and various cleaning chemicals.

Equipment Used:
