Position Title: Bartending Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Bartending Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our patrons. Your role will encompass both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink preparation, ensuring a high-quality experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages to guests.
• Prepare drink orders for dining staff efficiently.
• Conduct end-of-shift sales reconciliation.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Prepare garnishes and ingredients for drink preparation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• No formal education is required.
• A minimum of one year of bartending experience is preferred.

Performance Standards:

• Ability to mix and create a wide range of beverages.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Capability to assess and manage guest alcohol consumption appropriately.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with walking and performing repetitive motions.
• Physical strength to lift items up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
• Exposure to loud noise and cleaning agents.

Equipment Used:

• Micros register and standard bar equipment.
• Blender and other drink preparation tools.
