Brewpub Server

Position: Brewpub Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to patrons in a warm and inviting manner
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and eco-friendly Brewpub atmosphere
• Surpass customer expectations at 7 Hills Brewing Co, LLC
• Accurately record orders for food and drinks while offering suggestions
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly when they are prepared
• Clear and set tables and bar areas as necessary
• Basic knowledge of draft systems, including the ability to replace kegs, secure faucets, and swap out gas containers for beer

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or bartending
• Understanding of craft beverages is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Availability to work during weekends and manage high-volume service
• Must demonstrate punctuality, organization, and a willingness to learn
