Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of chemical engineering with 5+ years of production or process experience in the chemical industry.
  • Familiarity with EHS requirements paired with strong safety and EHS awareness.
  • Strong in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in organizing and analyzing process data, utilizing statistical analysis, and troubleshooting complex chemical processes.
  • High awareness of responsibility and costs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound digital control systems (DCS) knowledge.
  • Preferences: Six Sigma, knowledge of the SAP functional module, new production experience.
  • The position has physical and work environment requirements.
