Primary Responsibilities of the Front Desk:
  • Welcome guests cordially and professionally

  • Oversee front desk operations such as check-ins and check-outs
  • Aid guests in making reservations

  • Prepare daily summaries and balance cash registers
  • Adhere to all operating procedures and policies
