Electric Connector Technology (ECT) is a leading provider of connectivity solutions and is among the largest RF cable/connector manufacturers from China. Currently expanding globally with job openings in the US, ECT specializes in manufacturing RF connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, shield cans, and automotive connectors (Fakra).
ECT is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join the team, collaborating closely with the ECT Global team with account and territory responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a proven record in business development and sales, along with project management skills. While mechanical aptitude, especially in RF background, is beneficial, it is not obligatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Actively seek new business prospects to expand the client base and boost revenue.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, track leads, and collaborate with internal teams for support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with a customer-centric approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred social network within Semiconductor industries.
- Location preference in San Diego, CA or willingness to relocate.
