Location: California, USA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and extensive experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

·      Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the senior management team.

·      Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

·      Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

·      Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

·      Communicate project status, risks, and issues report to the management team.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.

·      Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

·      Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

·      3+ years of experience in project management.

·      Progressive experience in at least two of the following technologies:

-      RF cable/connectors, antennas

-      Knowledge of RF/wireless technologies.

-      Understanding of Automotive interconnect requirements

-      Understanding of FPC/LCP products and uses.

·      Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Mandarin is a plus.

·      PMP certification is a plus.
