We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at the North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.


What You Will Do - Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Drive profitable growth across our product portfolio
  • Meet cash flow and Ebit targets through pricing strategies
  • Develop and implement mid & long term customer strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and instill customer confidence
