In this role you will:

  • Assist with the preparation of annual and quarterly tax provision calculations in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Support estimated tax expenses for strategic and annual operating plans.
  • Prepare U.S. Federal & State Income and Franchise Tax returns.
  • Assist with federal & state tax related projects and research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance related field.
  • Minimum three years of Finance experience required; with 2-5 years of tax experience preferred.
  • Pursuit of CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
