We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Director, Enterprise Project Management in our team.

Responsibilities of the Director, Enterprise Project Management:

  • Develop an effective Enterprise Project Management structure
  • Report project status to the Executive Leadership team
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes supporting the vision, mission, and values of JHP
  • Analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities and support implementation of outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects and strategic priorities
  • Lead company-wide committees and workgroups for strategic projects

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Certification in Project Management or significant experience in leading organizational Initiatives
  • Five to Ten years of work experience in healthcare delivery and managed care settings
  • Experience in agile methodologies and managing high-visibility projects
  • Strong leadership skills in a large matrixed environment
