About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects up to $15 million in size. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, meeting financial goals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with estimators and project controls group to establish project budgets and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Lead estimating efforts on vertically integrated projects to ensure accurate and consistent bid-to-build process.
  • Coordinate with project teams to manage resources, meet project schedules, and ensure successful project kick-off.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including project engineers, foremen, superintendents, and construction managers.
  • Ensure proper job controls, including quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and corporate management.

Base Salary Range: $102,670.66 - $154,006.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
