Position Details:

- Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work model of 2-3 days in the office

Responsibilities:
  • Devise and execute fundraising strategies for direct and digital programs
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance revenue through direct response channels
  • Lead fundraising innovation in digital platforms such as social media and charity streaming
  • Develop annual fundraising calendars and manage donor lifecycle effectively
  • Utilize data to drive audience targeting and segmentation decisions
  • Manage direct response channel operations and resolve related issues
  • Work with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and implement strategies
  • Create compelling mission stories for digital and direct appeals
  • Adapt strategies for time-sensitive donor engagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct and digital fundraising
