Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for clients

Keep up-to-date on industry trends and information to better serve clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or project management preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Knowledge of technology solutions, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary: $36.000 to $50,000 yearly
