**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stadium Maintenance Associate to join our team at Bills Service. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our stadium facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to perform daily cleaning of stadium administration offices, clubs, suites, and other areas throughout the complex.
- Determine materials, supplies, and equipment needs; requisition cleaning supplies to maintain proper stock to perform tasks.
- Train staff in job skills, proper cleaning methods, use of equipment, safety practices, and company procedures.
- Evaluate and verify employee performance through review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Work with other maintenance staff in daily general housekeeping maintenance of the facility.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the janitorial field and thorough knowledge of methods used in cleaning buildings.
- Valid driver's license.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to bend, reach, stand for long periods, and lift 50lbs to perform job effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate projects from implementation through completion.
- Ability to train and supervise groups of employees.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
