**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stadium Cleaning Associate to join our team at Bills Service. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our stadium administration offices, clubs, suites, and other areas throughout the complex.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Determine and requisition cleaning supplies to maintain proper stock levels.
- Train staff in job skills, proper cleaning methods, and safety practices.
- Evaluate and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments.
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Work with other maintenance staff to maintain the facility's general housekeeping.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the janitorial field.
- Thorough knowledge of methods used in cleaning buildings.
- Valid driver's license.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to bend, reach, stand for long periods, and lift 50lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate projects from implementation through completion.
- Ability to train and supervise groups of employees.
