As a Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist at Centerline, you'll be reporting to the Project Manager and taking on daily responsibilities related to site acquisition, zoning, and permitting, all aligned with Company goals. Responsibilities

  • Provide qualification, zoning, and permitting activities for wireless telecommunication sites
  • Submit permit applications and make presentations for wireless telecommunication sites
  • Utilize expertise in real estate acquisition, zoning, and permitting principles, with a preference for experience in the wireless telecom industry
  • Familiarity with filing zoning applications, making presentations at zoning hearings, and interpreting zoning codes and regulations
  • Research and document zoning and permit requirements, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal and external permit needs
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress, update permit information in systems, and manage new service requests efficiently

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in site acquisition within the wireless industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in the wireless telecom sector, especially in zoning and permitting processes
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision under strict timelines and work flexible hours when required

This role operates in a professional setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and filing cabinets.
