As a Subject Matter Expert in HRIS data entry and integrity, you will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting HR goals.

The ideal candidate is an effective collaborator across stakeholders, committed to continual process improvement, exhibits a professional image, and demonstrates high emotional intelligence and self-awareness when faced with challenges.


Duties:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff on system improvements
  • Manage ARCA's HRIS system (UKG)
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
  • Prepare HR metrics and KPI reports
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Forecast future HR trends using data and statistical methods
  • Manage permissions, access, and system operations
  • Assist with acquisition of complex data reports
  • Act as lead liaison for HRIS design and implementation projects
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy
  • Provide training and guidance to department members and stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge of HRIS providers and technology trends
  • Execute quick repairs to system problems with minimal disruption

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience required
  • Thorough understanding of HR information systems
  • Experience with HRIS products for large employee populations
  • Experience with UKG preferred
  • Experience in training and group presentations
  • Experience in non-profit organizations

Salary:
$31.00 to $36.00 per hour
