Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Handle general office duties such as filing paperwork, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from caregivers and clients

Recruitment Assistance:

Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers

Orientation Support:

Facilitate caregiver orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Technology Management:

Utilize various software and platforms including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media channels to support recruitment efforts and maintain organizational efficiency

Independent Work:

Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet established goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Compassion and dedication to serving seniors and their families.
  • Oncall requirement, rotating with team to manage client and caregiver needs after hours. Extra pay included when oncall.
