Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily clinical operations of our clinics, providing direct and indirect patient care, and overseeing the clinical flow of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all clinical support for patients, families, physicians, and support staff
  • Participate in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental growth and enhancements
  • Provide leadership, resource abilities, and advanced knowledge and skills to the department
  • Plan, develop, and organize the activities of the staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality healthcare
Accountabilities
  • Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and other activities related to direct patient care
  • Field and direct clinical telephone calls
  • Participate in the assessment of clinical staffing needs
  • Develop and conduct orientation and in-service training for clinical staff
  • Develop, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness plans
  • Serve as chief liaison between clinical staff and physicians
  • Assist with development and maintenance of quality improvement programs
  • Monitor local, state, and federal regulations affecting operations
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree - Nursing
  • 2 Years - Nursing experience in the specialty area with physician office practice experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 Year nursing experience in the specialty area and 2 years' experience as a non-RN clinical coordinator in a physician practice
  • 1 Year nursing experience and 5 years of Medical Assistant experience
Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
  • SC Registered Nurse
  • CPR Certification

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Patient Equip (Vitals, Suction, Defib)
