  • Compliance to join their team.
This person will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Working with subject matter experts on compliance obligations.
  • Performing compliance analyses including translating protective relay settings to compliance documents.
  • Work with Transmission Operations to review relay operations on a daily basis.
  • Champion projects that stem from compliance issues, by getting funding, outlining scope, as well as potentially design and development of protective relay settings.
  • Complete regular audits to ensure compliance with NERC PRC & CIP requirements Prepare for audit in 2025.
Must sit local to Spokane and/or be willing to commute 5 days/week.

. Required Skills & Experience-4+ years of experience doing protection and relay settings for electric transmission systems
  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering-Familiarity of NERC PRC & CIP requirements Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Experience performing audits Generation and/or substation experience Knowledge of SEL's AcSELerator Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
