Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer with a strong focus on Protective Relaying and Integration Systems. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those passionate about enhancing electrical safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop intricate protection schemes and integration systems tailored for diverse electrical facilities.
  • Identify and specify protective relays and associated equipment.
  • Analyze system faults and coordinate the operation of protective devices.
  • Create Substation Integration schemes and determine the necessary equipment specifications.
  • Offer compliance and technical support to the Protection & Relaying division.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with common engineering tools.
  • Capability to work autonomously.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in Systems Protection within the utility or energy sector.
  • Familiarity with Power Systems and engineering application software.
  • Experience with NERC CIP and PRC standards.
  • Proficiency in SEL relays, SQL, Python, and VBA.
  • Expertise in technical writing and database development.
