General Description of the Job Class
Join our team as a Supply Chain Associate You'll perform various duties related to order entry, distribution of supplies, equipment management, and more to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery of supplies.


  • Distribute and restock supplies and linen for end users
  • Use Supply Chain technologies to document supply movements
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Inspect and document incoming shipments
  • Ensure all work areas are organized and clean

Required Qualifications
Education
HS Diploma/G.E.D. required, some college coursework preferred.
Experience
Level 1 - 1 year of relevant work experience in distribution, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
Level 2 - 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or inventory control required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Level 1: Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strive for process improvement, and deliver excellent customer service.
Level 2: In addition to Level 1, proficiency in inventory management and ERP systems.
