Join our team at Concordance, a rapidly growing behavioral health organization dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journey after leaving prison, granting them the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives.


Our evidence-based re-entry program sets us apart, resulting in a remarkable 56% decrease in reincarceration rates among our participants within three years post-release. We are proud to be accredited by CARF, the top accreditor for nonprofit and human services organizations.

We are currently expanding our program to new Centers nationwide and are on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join us in this rewarding journey.



Overview:

The Managing Director of the Center plays a crucial role as the operational leader of one of Concordance's Centers, where we offer our re-entry program to formerly incarcerated individuals.

In this position, you will oversee internal teams, engage with participants, and act as a local representative to external partners.


Your role will include:
- Leading and motivating Center team members
- Providing guidance to various teams and collaborating with managers to drive success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring participants have a positive experience and problem-solving creatively within company policies
- Coaching staff to enhance processes and outcomes
- Monitoring and reporting Center metrics accurately
- Maintaining the facility
- Partnering with senior leadership and community stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
The ideal candidate will bring:

- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong work ethic and a drive to create opportunities for our participants
- Strong adherence to processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and influence team members effectively
Required education, licensure, and experience:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- LCSW, LPC, or equivalent license
- 10+ years of experience in social work or related fields
- 5+ years supervising teams in behavioral health
- Experience with substance use disorder programs
- 4+ years in operations or management
- Experience with justice-involved adults preferred
- CPR / Adult First Aid certification a plus
