About the Role

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for Spartanburg Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional culinary experiences for patients and staff.
  • Oversee all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Plan and create menus that meet the dietary needs of patients and staff.
  • Purchase and manage inventory to control costs and ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, including high-volume production and catering experience.
  • Previous experience managing cost controls and inventory.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
