Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Manage reputation management accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by repsonding to reviews and questions.
  • Collaborate with each hotel to develop innovative sales strategies
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

Skills:

  • We would like to see some experience with using OTAs platforms.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at the hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
