Currently, the team is integrating a new Oracle based billing system to integrate and enhance their member set up and billing processes.


Key Responsiblities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders including billing, finance, and client implementation to understand both short term and longterm goals.
  • Document functionality including complex logic for healthcare billing. Curate documentation for consumption by various stakeholders including ORMB users, member and client support, development, QA, and management.
For

BAU:
Address production issues.

Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of from implementation of new features to BAU.

Troubleshoot complex and detailed billing challenges in collaboration with teams across the IBX ecosystem. Track urgent issues to closure, perform root cause analysis, and develop long term solutions.

For Projects:
Working with lead business analyst in creating a product road map.

Analyze preferences and requests of end users and various stakeholders who interact with ORMB

Participate in refinement sessions to ensure user stories/requirements all meet DoR (Definition of Ready).

Participate in sprint planning including setting sprint goals.

Participate in release and upgrade planning.

Participating in daily support meetings with stakeholders as well as project/BAU focused meetings with technical staff.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting operational business areas such as Accounting, Enrollment and/or Billing management in a healthcare environment
-5+ years of experience performing system, document, and rules analysis on complex healthcare business rules for new system functionality

  • Expertise managing effective requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders to covey complex technical ideas, concepts and applications.
  • Must be detail oriented and understand corporate objectives.
  • In depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders new to Agile

  • Must be willing to come onsite 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs)
