Investigates and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintains accurate records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to data privacy regulations.

Prepares comprehensive reports on complaint trends, compliance activities, and corrective actions for management review and regulatory reporting purposes.

Stays abreast of changes in regulations and industry standards and ensure that the organization remains updated and compliant.

Conducts follow-ups as needed and may refer cases to Investigations (Arson).

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience.
