- Prepare comprehensive reports on complaint trends and compliance activities
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry standards
- Conduct follow-ups as needed and refer cases to Investigations (Arson)
An Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or two years of related experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
