  • Trade Promotions:

  • Merchandising:

  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research and analysis to comprehend market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders, conducting routine meetings and business reviews with retail partners.
  • Category Management:
    • Collaborate with sales on category management to optimize sales strategies.
    • Offer insights and recommendations to drive category growth.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide product knowledge training, merchandising standards, and promotional support to sales teams and partners.
    • Distribute sales tools and materials to bolster trade marketing efforts.
  • Event Management:
    • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings to bolster product promotion and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Skills:
