We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist with a solid background in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Accurately record and monitor daily expenses using Quickbooks.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to accounting, including filing and email management.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for operating accounts.
  • Execute payroll functions promptly and accurately using ADP.
  • Calculate and remit monthly sales tax.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Quickbooks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Fundamental understanding of basic accounting principles.

Please note that this position is not remote.
