Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for technical and sales inquiries through various communication channels; meticulously document and categorize these inquiries.
- Manage each inquiry as a distinct project, detailing requirements, offering technical insights, and coordinating internal resources for swift customer responses.
- Generate quotations post product training, ensuring prompt feedback to sales teams and business partners.
- Handle order processing, verifying all purchase order specifics against quotations, customer classifications, and engineering standards.
- Prepare production documentation to facilitate timely manufacturing with minimal lead time.
- Maintain electronic files and databases to ensure current information and historical records are accessible.
- Utilize inventory management systems to reorder supplies and communicate with vendors based on demand.
- Assist engineering and production teams with updates and specifications for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and military-related projects.
- Support the fulfillment process by generating shipping labels and dispatching them to clients.
- Engage in forecasting inventory and production capacity requirements, contributing data for marketing initiatives while ensuring Salesforce data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Sales, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative, sales, project management, or engineering support roles.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Docs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including skills in lookups, pivot tables, and embedding content.
- Experience with Access is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client engagements.
- Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
