Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing business partnerships and creating early and appropriate referrals for our hospice services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve monthly admissions goals.
- Build and maintain business partnerships with referral sources and internal departments.
- Stay up-to-date on clinical knowledge and hospice services to effectively communicate with customers and referral sources.
- Take the initiative to build relationships within all internal and external departments to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or professional license preferred.
- Minimum three years sales/marketing/provider relations experience preferred.
- Minimum three years healthcare experience preferred.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
