At this 400,000-square foot facility, various specialties are housed including the Comprehensive Cancer and Women's Health Center, ambulatory surgery operating rooms, and multispecialty physician practices.

Role: Procedural Coordinator - Surgery - Brooklyn Methodist Hospital - Days

As a Procedural Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless coordination of procedures within the Surgery Department, ensuring compliance with departmental protocols. You will liaise with different disciplines such as pre-surgical testing, radiology, and finance to gather all necessary documentation and materials before the procedures. Additionally, you will uphold Operating Room scheduling standards while fostering strong relationships with proceduralists. Your contribution will play a vital role in upholding the exceptional standards of patient care and innovation at NewYork-Presbyterian.

This full-time position entails day shifts primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:30AM - 4:30PM at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Previous experience in supporting cancer patients

Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - 2+ years of experience in surgical scheduling - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
