The Brand Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the company's signature dining establishments, ensuring its smooth and successful operation.
In an elevated dining setting, the Brand Manager plays a crucial role in creating a world class dining experience for guests while also maintaining the financial health of the business.
This position must execute against brand strategies and initiatives by leading the team in a manner that maintains company and brand standards for all facets of the operation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Leadership:
Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that align with the brand and ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in identifying recommended areas of improvement to optimize performance and profitability.
Monitor seasonal menus, wine lists, and special promotions ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand and target market.
Staff Training and Development:
Partner with the Training Department to implement training programs for all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including managers and chefs.
Conduct or assist with conducting training sessions to educate staff on service standards, menu knowledge, wine pairings, hospitality etiquette, and other relevant topics.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure management and staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to promote career growth and employee retention.Guest Experience:
Monitor guest feedback and reviews and take proactive measures to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Work closely with the management team to implement programs to enhance guest loyalty, drive repeat business, and attract new clientele.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance against pre-determined targets.
Manage cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining high quality standards.
Review financial reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improving financial performance.
Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, wine service, and culinary trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards or certificationsProficient in Windows MS Office, Open Table, OutlookKnowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controlsKnowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulationsExperience with POS systems and back office reporting systemsAbility to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the publicProof of eligibility to work in the United StatesValid Driver's License21+ years of ageWORKING CONDITIONS
