Position Overview:

  • Shape the future of brand presence in the Americas market.
  • Initiate, nurture, and expand brand offerings across the Americas in both owned and distributor markets.

  • Recognize and implement the growth strategy, establishing essential components for success, and guide stakeholders towards achieving both immediate and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee a team of direct sales professionals alongside license and distributor collaborations across a varied range of products, channels, and markets.
  • Partner with teams in the US and Canada to fully leverage the portfolio and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Establish and manage new commercial partnerships (channels, accounts) with portfolio brands to cultivate, validate, and amplify brand influence among consumers in the US and Canada.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • Over 15 years of experience with Sport & Lifestyle brands; expertise in Outdoor, Athletic, and Footwear sectors is essential.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning for category and/or brand growth across markets, integrating consumer insights, cross-functional expertise, and action-oriented strategies.
  • Experience in commercial sales within the US, managing strategic channels and key accounts in Apparel, Footwear & Accessories; familiarity with Sporting Goods, Athletic Specialty, Premium, and Family Footwear distribution is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in matrixed environments, effectively engaging a diverse array of stakeholders while advancing strategic initiatives aligned with long-term objectives.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for future growth, utilizing the strengths of a global operational framework.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities; resilience is a must.
