Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules for assigned patients and make necessary adjustments promptly
- Answer calls and address scheduling inquiries, directing clinical questions appropriately
- Prepare schedules for various patient visits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate patient and employee information in the Electronic Health Record systems
- Assist with onboarding new clinicians and scheduling training visits
- Complete all assigned duties effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Preferred background in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or Business
- At least 1 year of experience in a home health setting
