Salary Offered: $40K-$45K per Year

Job Overview:
  • Managing media content within specific workflow-based Operations and ensuring QA Content monitoring & reconciliation.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to take ownership of tasks, and experience in issue tracking and reporting.
  • Working Hours: 8am EST - 1am EST
  • Must be proficient in Portuguese
Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely escalation and communication of issues, handling escalated matters, and collaborating with various teams for network/video problem resolution
  • Execution of all monitoring and reconciliation tasks within stipulated timeframes and maintaining high quality standards
