What You'll Do:

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of our resort, providing top-notch customer service to ensure our guests and residents have an unforgettable stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the property liaison, providing guests and residents with information and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing payments and deposits with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Running reports and submitting maintenance request forms to maintain office efficiency.
  • Partnering with your Property Manager to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction, addressing conflicts, and solving problems in a professional manner.

Experience & Skills You Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
