SUMMARY

As a Quality Manager I, you would be responsible for administering the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and providing regular communication to customers and management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design, implement, maintain, and audit the Quality Management System
  • Report on the system's effectiveness in management meetings
  • Support regulatory compliance and certification requirements
  • Assist in Customer Satisfaction Management Process
  • Engage with operations team and customers to achieve business objectives
  • Support Continuous Improvement efforts using Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Provide training on Quality Assurance topics
  • Work on problem-solving with a focus on data analysis
  • Apply judgment and select appropriate methods for solutions

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects
  • Influence the overall goals of the organization
  • Manage Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Perform other assigned duties

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE

7+ years of Operational Management experience

5+ years of Quality Management/Process Improvement experience
