Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations to create tailored treatment plans.
- Implement diverse physical therapy methods, exercises, and tools to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Inform patients and their families about ongoing care, exercises, and safety protocols to support recovery and prevent further injuries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain precise and current patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
